In time, Hotaru matures, but Gin remains the same as it was before. The two begin to develop feelings for each other. One difficulty stands in the way of Gin’s desire to touch and feel Hotaru. In the event that Gin is ever physically touched by another human, he will cease to exist. Is the improbable romance between the two likely to succeed in the face of these unusual circumstances?
