Killua Zoldyck, the assassin Gon Freecss made a good buddy early on in Hunter x Hunter, and Zoldyck is significantly more loyal to his friends than his secretive and eccentric family. Killua has proven himself to be a devoted ally and friendly rival to Gon on numerous occasions, earning the admiration of many followers in the process.
Killua is a fascinating individual. Even though he was raised to be an unforgiving assassin with an ironic, sarcastic demeanor, he is also strong and determined to do good in the world, no matter how difficult the situation. Besides his love of toys and yo-yos, he also makes humorous cat faces. If you’ve ever watched Hunter x Hunter, you’ll recognize some of Killua’s characteristics from other anime characters, some of whom are very much like him.
10. Yukine Has An Attitude But Is Ready To Help (Noragami)
Weapons known as shinki are used by the gods of Noragami to defeat evil spirits known as ayakashi. Shinki are not only tools, but the souls of deceased individuals, which means that they may act and talk of their own accord. One such weapon is the naive Yukine.
Both Yukine and the minor deity Yato irritate one other to no end with their childish playfulness and caustic demeanor. In spite of this, Yukine would always assist Yato in defeating his adversaries by taking on the form of a sword. Yukine and Yato and Hiyori can only be separated by extreme circumstances.

Tough-talking teenage delinquent Mikey can back up his bold remarks with astonishing feats of violence when he takes on competing gangs in Tokyo’s dangerous underworld. It’s possible that Mikey isn’t bad per per, but he can be abrasive and unpredictable at times, and his berserker outbursts have terrified both allies and foes alike.
There is also the fact that Mikey is devoted to his teammates, even in the midst of a chaotic fight, and will risk his life for them. Similarly to Killua, when Mikey is at his happiest and most calm, he isn’t hesitant to display his childlike side.
8. Kyo Sohma Rejected His Family & Sought New Friends (Fruits Basket)
When it comes to the curse that has been passed down through the Sohma family for generations, Kyo Sohma refuses to let it get the best of him. Having been born with the unfortunate housecat spirit, even by Sohma standards he carries a lot of baggage. He’s not going down without a fight.
Similarly to Killua, Kyo is an outspoken but sincere young man who is more attached to his true friends and allies than he is to members of his immediate family. Like Killua, he can be fierce and competitive, but he also knows how to have fun, as evidenced by his close friendships with Kazuma and Tohru Honda.
7. Sasuke Uchiha May Have Been Modeled After Killua (Naruto)
A manga artist of Masashi Kishimoto’s stature needs inspiration, and it is conceivable that Sasuke Uchiha was influenced by both Kurapika Kurta and Killua Zoldyck. After all, Sasuke comes from a long line of legendary assassins.
Like Killua, Sasuke began the Naruto saga as a fierce competitor of Naruto Uzumaki until the rivalry turned sour. Sasuke, on the other hand, is a touch cynical, although he does have a bright side.
6. Uryu Ishida Isn’t Entirely Defined By His Quincy Heritage (Bleach)
Killua and Uryu Ishida, the Quincy archer, aren’t exactly the same person, but there are still some parallels. Ichigo Kurosaki’s friendly but formidable rival, Uryu, understands better than to allow his family’s politics to shape his worldview. He’ll find people to hang out with on his own.
Uryu is “supposed” to despise Soul Reapers like Ichigo because he is one of the last remaining human Quincy, but Uryu disagrees. He became Ichigo’s friend out of his own volition, which is comparable to how Killua rejected his weird family in favor of Gon.

Shoto Todoroki, like Sasuke, Uryu, and Killua, is a supporting character with a lot of family turmoil. Quirk marriages, the practice of marrying for the sole aim of creating the ultimate child, are common in this situation. Shoto is the result of a Quirk marriage. It’s a boy named Shoto Todoroki, by the way.
His mother’s mental breakdown left Shoto with a permanent burn scar as a result of years of his father’s oppression. Killua understands Shoto’s desire to define himself as a hero on his own merits. Refusing to accept the families that gave them their skill, both characters are talented individuals.
4. Narancia Ghirga Is A Cool Punk (JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure)
Golden Wind’s Golden Wind tale arc has Narancia Ghirga and an Aerosmith Stand by his side. It’s not as dangerous as Killua Zoldyck, but Narancia and Killua both had to find a new buddy to confide in or risk dying on their own.
Narancia, like Killua, is a sarcastic and sarcastic punk, yet he and Killua are both wonderful people who are devoted to their new pals, Gon and Bruno Bucciarati, respectively. Narancia is prepared to pay it forward in whatever way he can.

Even more so than Killua’s fiery demeanor and heroic nature, Nobara is noted for her cocky confidence and prickly demeanor. Both characters have a reputation for saving the day while making disparaging remarks about other people. A benefactor who comes to the rescue in the most unexpected of ways.

The archetypes of shonen and shojo may be found in many Western animated characters, like Toph Beifong, a tsundere in her own right. Many anime characters, such as Killua Zoldyck, may come to mind when imagining her.
When it comes to her heroic but wisecracking attitude, Toph is well-known for her willingness to stand up to anyone who tries to disrespect her, and Killua is no exception. After fleeing her parents’ estate in order to assist Aang, she also experiences family trouble. Killua would have no problem understanding.

In One-Punch Man, Genos the cyborg doesn’t have any significant family issues, but he does take himself seriously, which Killua shares. In a good mood, both characters have a secret sense of humor, which they show off when they’re at ease. Genos often doesn’t even know he’s making a joke.
Unlike Gon and Killua’s friendly rivalry, Genos’ rivalry with Saitama is more one-sided, but it’s still endearing to watch, as Genos is fiercely loyal to his cape-wearing baldy pal. Genos, like Killua, picks his own pals and has high expectations for them.
