However, there is one rule. A physical relationship is not possible between them and the hybrid. When a hybrid is assigned to protagonist Kimihito Kurusu without his consent he finds himself living alone. In the end, he winds himself taking care of a snake-woman named Miia as his charge. Harumi Kazuhito, the protagonist of ‘Inu to Hasami wa Tsukaiyou,’ is a bookworm. His admiration for novelist Natsuno Kirihime led him to discover him writing in a cafe. Attacked by armed robbers at once. When the thief demands that Kirihime stand up, he shoots her. Harumi leaps into the path of the bullet in order to save Kirihime, but she is killed by the impact.
