1. The Little Mermaid (1989)

As a result, she takes a bedknob from her deceased father’s room and imbues it with the “famous magi…c traveling spell,” which can only be activated by Paul.
At the witchcraft training correspondence school where Miss Price resides in London, they first meet Emelius Browne, the headmaster. Substitutiary Locomotion is a spell that gives life to inanimate objects, and Miss Price explains to him that she has a plan to find the magic words for it. As a war worker, she’ll put in her time and effort to this spell.
