Happy Gilmore (1996)
A hockey player hopeful discovers that he possesses the all-time greatest golf drive. He decides to join the P.G.A. tour in order to raise some cash to help his grandmother save her home. There is a drawback in that he has a hocky player mentality, which does not translate well to the Professional Golfers’ Association tour. Particularly if you’re talking about the championship favorite.
The Legend Of Bagger Vance (2000)
Captain Rannulph Junuh, a disillusioned war veteran, reluctantly agrees to play a round of golf with him. Bagger Vance, his caddy, turns out to be the key to mastering any challenge and finding meaning in life when he teaches him the authentic golf stroke secret.
Antics at a posh golf club turn comical. All the members are eccentric and wealthy, while the entire staff is eccentric but less so. In the story, the main character is a caddy named ‘Danny,’ who will do anything to raise money for college. There are numerous subplots, such as the assistant green keeper’s hunt for a cute gopher (who is obviously stuffed).
Tin Cup (1996)
With his sidekick and caddy Romeo in Salome, Texas, failed pro golfer Roy ‘Tin cup’ McAvoy ends up signing over ownership of their rundown driving range to a’show girl’ madam to pay off debts. The new girlfriend of McAvoy’s sarcastic former college golf partner, slick PGA superstar David Simms, shows up to play into Roy’s fatal flaw: the inability to resist a dare, all too often causing him to lose against lesser players, in this case gambling away his car. Having fallen for Molly, Roy decides to become her doctor; to gain her respect, he decides to try to qualify for the US Open, after starting out as Simm’s caddy “for the benefit of his experience”. His talent is undeniable, but his overconfidence and reckless disregard for danger, while pleasing the crowds, have killed many of his scores, while Simms spits on the fans but never wastes a point.
This is the tale of Mike, a man who relocated to Los Angeles in order to pursue his dream of becoming a movie star. Six months have passed since his girlfriend broke up with him, and he’s still struggling. In order to get him back into the social scene and forget about his 6-year relationship, his pal and a few other friends try.
Coyote Ugly (2000)

Violet works as a bartender at Coyote Ugly, a nightclub, during the day. Employees at Coyote Ugly are a group of saucy, resourceful women who play tricks on customers and the media alike.
In order to cope with their losses, Sega and comic book obsessed college students Brodie Bruce and TS Quint go to the local mall, where they run into each other’s ex-girlfriends. While on their quest, they run into a number of familiar faces, such as Willam, a guy who spends his free time staring intently at Magic E…ye photos in hopes of spotting the hidden image; Gwen, TS’s ex-girlfriend; and Jay & Silent Bob, from the film Clerks. A few months go by before they finally make a move to win back their ex-lovers and take care of their respective nemeses (a store clerk who despises them for not having an agenda when they shop)

Despite this, Peter is adamantly opposed to her, causing the loud and shocking Charlene to completely upend Peter’s well-ordered existence, putting his efforts to win back his wife as well as a billion-dollar client in jeopardy.

Bo and Luke set out to save their farm and foil Boss Hogg’s scheme while local race car driver Billy Prickett was in town for the Annual Hazzard Road Race rally.
The Big Short (2015)
The mortgage housing crisis in the United States in 2005 is depicted in three distinct but related narratives. Scion Capital hedge fund manager Michael Burry, a one-eyed ex-physician, now wears shorts, bare feet, and a Supercuts haircut instead of a suit and tie. As a result, he believes that the US housing market is based on a bubble that will pop in the near future. Having complete autonomy within the company, Burry is free to bet against the housing market with the banks, who are more than happy to accept his proposal for something that has never occurred in the history of the United States.
For this reason, the banks are confident that they will prevail in their negotiations with Burry. After hearing about Burry’s plans, Deutsche Bank’s Jared Vennett becomes an investor who believes he can profit from Burry’s beliefs. Mark Baum, an idealist fed up with the financial industry’s corruption, finds out about it thanks to an error on the part of FrontPoint Partners. In spite of their misgivings about Vennett, Baum and his colleagues at Morgan Stanley decide to team up with him anyway. Along with Burry’s information, they believe that the bond agencies have overrated the majority of mortgages, with banks grouping all subprime mortgages together under AAA packages.

To Ms Phelps’ dismay, despite all the odds and despite their inevitability of initial failure, they start to succeed.
When Ben Willis, an art student, is dumped by Suzy, he suffers from chronic insomnia as a result of her hasty move on. He begins working the late night shift at the neighborhood supermarket in order to pass the time during the long nights. A diverse group of people awaits him…each with their own ‘art’ for dealing with the monotony of working an eight-hour shift. Ben’s art is based on the idea that he can stop time. To appreciate the frozen world and its inhabitants, he must do this. This includes Sharon, the pretty and quiet checkout girl who he believes may hold the key to solving Ben’s insomnia problem.
