10 Best Female Ninja Anime Characters That You Should Watching Update 04/2024

Female Ninja Anime Characters

The ninjas are cool, and I think we can all agree on that. There is a belief that they have their own “a way” of doing things, and I’m not sure if this is true. What’s not to like about that?

Ninja females, in particular, have a “kuudere but will slash your neck” atmosphere that is just delightful. As a result, we’ve compiled a list of our favorite anime characters.

For the sake of clarification, I’m also including all female assassins. Because we don’t want this to become a Naruto gathering.

10. Eri Shiina

Eri Shiina

Angel Beats: The Anime!

God bless this character because he’s basically every child who’s ever seen a ninja film.

If you’re not already aware, she’s a ninja by virtue of balancing items on her fingers, hiding in the dark, calling herself a ninja, and donning a typical ninja weapon.

It is only when she plays with plush animals that she reveals her true self.

Those plushie baits have tempted her into countless traps, making her the embodiment of “it’s so fluffy I’m going to die.”

As luck would have it, she is quite the warrior and is able to hold her own in such situations.

9. Anko Mitarashi

The Naruto Anime

There’s a good reason Anko isn’t included under either Shippuden or, heaven forbid, Boruto… They abused my girl to the fullest extent possible!

At first glimpse, I was captivated by the original Anko. There were many similarities between her and Orochimaru, although she didn’t look like a sleep paralysis demon. Also, she was quite the character; she teased others about death and may have thrown a kunai at one of her students, as is customary in a student-teacher relationship.

Isn’t it great that she was a standout in every way except for being a wish-washy character? Count me in!

8. Levi Kazama

Levi Kazama

Trinity Seven the Anime

This is the second Levi I’ve seen who doesn’t give a damn about dying.

Honestly, you wouldn’t want to play poker against this person. She maintains her composure under pressure and doesn’t let her emotions show.

Being one of the world’s strongest, on the other hand, is likely to calm most individuals down.

Aside from being an expert marksman, she’s also a self-proclaimed ninja, using illusions, agility, and strength to kill anyone with a bullet lodged in their brain.

7. Lan Fan

An animated series based on the manga Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood

For Lan Fan, it’s either this or death.

The bodyguard for prince Ling, she takes her work very seriously and is ready to throw her hands if you bite your thumb at the prince.

Also, if it means Ling’s survival or achieving his ultimate aim of immortality, she’s willing to stand up to the entire world.

All of this makes her sound extremely erratic and impetuous, which she can be. In all likelihood, she’ll keep to herself and observe her prince from afar.

6. Misao Makimachi

Misao Makimachi

Rurouni Kenshin is an anime.

Watching this girl go up and down was a real treat.

For the most part, this was due to the fact that her insult sequences were amusing.

To the point where it gets her into trouble, she “stops showing off” and accomplishes something more remarkable, all the while showing off inadvertently.

As if that wasn’t enough, you had to question her infatuation with her hero Aoshi when she appears to be doing just well on her own.

Since it brought her to Kenshin, I think I shouldn’t be too upset about it.

5. Sarada Uchiha

Boruto: The Animated Series

If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ll know that I’m a big fan of positive thinking. In addition, this is one of the best examples of this.

Sarada is clearly not a top-tier brand at this time. Even so, compared to the proverbial yellow pain in the neck, she isn’t quite as arrogant and obnoxious.

However, if you envision a Sharingan with Hulk strength, she has the potential to be an utter monster.

An adversary who can forecast your motions, burn you ablaze or phase through reality itself, and now they also punch like an impending truck… It’s hard to comprehend. I believe that would be a really cool thing to do.

4. Moeka Kiryuu

Moeka Kiryuu

In the anime Steins;Gate

Is my definition of a ninja too broad? Without a doubt.

Moeka is a strange one; depending on the attention she receives, she might be any kind of character.

We’ve already seen what happens when Steins;Gate is told to kill someone because we know how much she likes to muck about with multiple timelines.

There won’t be any witnesses and she’ll get the work done in a timely manner.

Just think about what she could accomplish if she joined forces with future apocalypse Ruka. Now it would be something.

3. Ougi Oshino

Owarimonogatari is a manga and anime series published by Sunrise.

A good ninja’s major goals are to gather information, disseminate fake information, and sabotage, so keep with me here:

It’s amazing how well Ougi performs all of the above, as if she’s twirling the seasons in her hands.

She was a master puppeteer because she knew just what to say to each character in order to get them to do what she wanted them to do, go where she wanted them to go, or avoid her.

Because it took so long to understand it was all her doing, I can safely say she would be an excellent ninja in any capacity.

2. Seraphim

It’s Kore wa Zombie desu ka in the anime. The question is, “Is This a Zombies?”

We’ve all heard of conventional ninjas, aren’t they a little boring?

This is all about those vampire ninjas!

Seraphim is, in fact, a vampire ninja. She’s also a servant, but, let’s be honest, the way she communicates with her “master” is decidedly non-PG.

Despite her sour disposition, she is a skilled swordswoman who will make it clear to you just how talented she is.

It’s true that she is a formidable competitor.

1. Hinata Hyuuga

Hinata Hyuga (Naruto)

: Shippuden: Naruto the Movie

In the end, Naruto ninjas are the least ninja-like of all the characters on our list.

I mean, Hinata isn’t going to kill anyone, right? It’s useful for obtaining information and avoiding traps created by the enemy, however.

The ability to block your opponents’ chakra routes also makes it easier for you to beat them to the punch.

In fact, the actual reason Hinata is at the top of this list, even though she has the self-confidence of a turtle, is because she’s a ninja.
