Walter White (Bryan Cranston), a science teacher who begins to sell medicines when diagnosed with terminal cancer, has been hailed as one of the biggest shows of all time. The Wire is a goodie, oldie. It was launched in 2002 and tells the story from the perspective of several people, including traders and police, about the illegal drug trafficking in Baltimore, Maryland. The show was only moderately rated over its nearly six years, but is now considered one of TV’s best crime dramas.
