Magimoji Rurumo

He stumbles across a book about summoning witches one day in the library. But it turns out to be more than just a joke. Apprentice witch Rurumo grants him a wish. Shibaki aids Rurumo, and she refuses to take his soul in exchange for her assistance. (Before the beginning of chapter 1, there was this part of the story) When the story begins, Shibaki longs to see Rurumo once more. As soon as Rurumo plummets to earth in front of him, his desires come true. He learns that she’s been reduced to the level of an apprentice demon as punishment for refusing to take his soul. Before she can return to her former self as a witch, she must first get Shibaki to use all 666 of his magic tickets, which grant wishes. Nevertheless, she is unaware that each time he uses a ticket, he is reducing the amount of time he has left. Shibaki’s life will be cut short once the final ticket is spent. Chiro, Rurumo’s black cat, tells Shibaki this as part of the “contract” he signed when he gave him the tickets. In the end, Shibaki must decide whether to grant Rurumo’s wish and return to the world of the witches, or to resist the urge and attempt to preserve his own life instead.
